1/2 tsp Honest to Goodness Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Loving Earth Organic Vanilla Powder
110g Honest to Goodness organic coconut oil
1 Free Range or Organic Egg
Preheat oven 180 degrees . Line a baking tray with baking paper. Melt coconut oil. Set aside. Blend linseeds & almonds in food processor. Add remaining ingredients & mix until combined. Shape into golf size balls & place on baking tray. Using a fork, press down lightly on dough. Bake for 10mins.
Notes:
If you don't have a high powered food processor swap the 100g almonds for almond meal.
Swap linseeds for chia seeds.
Try rapadura instead of coconut sugar.
Like that chocolate/salty taste? Increase your salt to 1/2 teaspoon.
For an extra chocolate hit mix in a handful of cacao nibs once all ingredients are combined.
