Easy Flaxseed Bread

Gluten free. Dairy free.

Ingredients

2 cups Select Foods Flaxseed/Linseed Meal

1 tsp Bob’s Red Mill Aluminium Free Baking Soda

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 tsp Salt of the Earth Fine Celtic Sea Salt

5 organic eggs, whisked

1/2 cup filtered water

1/3 cup Bragg Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Method

Preheat oven to 180c.

Mix eggs, water & olive oil in a bowl.  In a larger bowl mix remaining ingredients. Combine the wet mix into the dry mix stirring well.  Stand mixture for 3 minutes to thicken.  Pour into baking tin approx. 9in x 13in.  Bake for approximately 20mins.  Bread will be ready when a knife comes out clean.  Cool for 30 mins before slicing.
