Ingredients
200g Loving Earth Raw Cacao Butter
50-60g Loving Earth Raw Cacao Powder
100g Honest to Goodness Maple Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
1 tsp Chefs Choice Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Honest to Goodness Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
Melt cacao butter. This can take up to 10 mins. Ensure all the butter is melted before adding further ingredients.
Add cacao, salt & vanilla & continue mixing over low heat.
Add your choice of sweetener & stir for approx. 10-15 seconds until combined.
Pour into moulds or onto a tray for a thin chocolate bark.
Place in the freezer immediately to set.
If making bark you can add to the chocolate before placing in fridge. Add coconut chips, goji berries, activated nuts or buckwheat.
