Manuka Honey Immunity Remedies

Immune Tonic

Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, antiviral, antibacterial & antifungal properties that may help to prevent colds.  Mix it with manuka honey for a powerful immune booster.

Mix 1 tbsp Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey with 1/4 tsp Planet Organic True Cinnamon powder.  Add to hot water for an easy drinking tonic.  Consume twice a day for 3 days.

Sinus & Cold Reliever

Research suggests that raw apple cider vinegar reduces mucous & sinus congestion associated with coughs, colds & allergies. 

Mix 1 tbsp Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey with 1/3 cup of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar.  Add to warm water for a tonic.  Drink 3 times a day.

Quick Cold Preventer

Research has shown that regularly consuming manuka honey will help boost your immunity. 

Consume one tbsp. of Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey daily.  Add it to warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice for a morning pick me up.

Sore Throat Gargle

Ease the pain of a sore throat while boosting your immunity.

Mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice with 2 cups of hot water.  Add a tspn of Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey & let the mixture cool to room temperature.  Gargle when needed.  

Cough Remedy

Manuka honey & cinnamon join again to create a tea which is great for irritating coughs & will help promote better sleep

Steep 3 tsps Gourmet Organic Cinnamon Quills in a cup of hot water for five minutes.  Remove the quills.  Add 2 tsps of Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey & mix well.  Drink before bed.

Hard Core Immune Booster

Onions contain incredible health benefits as they contain phytochemicals & Vitamin C to help boost immunity, heal infections & reduce inflammation.

Cut a whole red onion into slices.  Coat slices with Stubbs Gully Manuka Honey & a small sprinkle of Select Foods Organic Rapadura Sugar.  Allow to soak overnight & consume a teaspoon in the morning!
