Mojo Dairy Free Pizzatastic

Dairy free, gluten free, vegan

Ingredients

Pizza Sauce

2 tbsp Honest to Goodness Tomato Passata

1 tsp water

Fresh herbs of your choice - try basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme, chopped or ground

Finely chopped green onion

Pizza

Monica's Mixes Gluten Free Pizza Base Mix or Julian's Ready Made Gluten Free Pizza Base

1/2 - 1 cup grated Notzarella vegan cheese

Handful chopped cherry tomatoes

Method

Prepare pizza bases if using Monica's Mixes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Combine passatta, herbs & water in a small bowl

Paste pizza sauce over base.  Add a small amount of Notzarella.  Sprinkle cherry tomatoes over top.  Bake for 10mins then sprinkle rest of the cheese on top.  Bake for another 10-15mins.  Sprinkle green onions over top.  Slice into 8 serves & enjoy!

Options: You can add sliced mushrooms, 8-10 olives, 1/2 sliced capsicum or handful of baby spinach leaves instead of cherry tomatoes
