Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Honest to Goodness Natural Almond Meal
1 tblsp Ceres Organic Coconut Flour
1 organic or free range egg
¼ cup Nuigini Organic Coconut Oil
¼ cup Honest to Goodness Organic Blackstrap Molasses
½ tsp Pure Food Essentials Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
¼ tsp Gourmet Organic Herbs Ground Nutmeg
¼ tsp Honest to Goodness Pink Himalayan Salt
¼ tsp Bobs Red Mill Baking Soda
Melt coconut oil. In a bowl combine the almond meal, coconut flour, egg, blackstrap molasses, salt, spices & melted coconut oil. Combine ingredients then add baking soda & mix into dough.
Roll dough into golf sized balls & place on a tray lined with baking paper. Slightly flatten each cookie dough. Cook for approx. 10mins in preheated oven at 180oC.
Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
